Active & Educational Childcare! Most established Day Camp in the area!
Enrollment is Now Open!
At 3TI we take PRIDE in our Summer Day Camp! We started this program in 2006 and have put in a lot of hard work improving it through the years. Every year we seek out new ideas and ways to make Summer Day Camp more educational, more physical, and MORE FUN!!!
Just "Plane" Kids Summer Day Camp
Yes, we have an airplane in our lobby, hence the name "Plane"! Our JPK Summer Camp is second to none! It is the most well established licensed summer day camp in the area and has been in operation since the summer of 2006. Every year we hire a variety of staff to meet the various needs of camp. This year we will have school teachers to handle the educational component, youth leaders to run VBS, a lifeguard for waterfront activities, young adults with lots of energy to play with the kids and contract staff with specific expertise to teach their skill.
We have SO MUCH in store this year for the best summer ever! This summer’s theme is the science of Covid19 and community service projects for your child to partake in to help those in need. For this theme, they will learn from a school teacher each week about the science of the Coronavirus. They will all be able to participate in community outreach projects to help those in need due to this crisis. In our K.I.D.S. program, our focus is building character. This summer we will accomplish that through our community outreach projects including school supply drive, help for the hungry, reaching out to shut-ins and those in hospitals and acknowledging essential workers.
We will also have a SPANISH teacher this summer! Included in camp are ARCHERY and KAYAKING lessons! All campers will work with a skilled instructor to develop their archer and kayak skills. All kayaking is done at Lake Crook by Bill and Lisa Gandy who are Certified Instructors with the ACA.
In addition to tuition will be a field trip pass. A field trip covers all expenses to all local field trips. Because of our current situation it was impossible to roll the pass into tuition not knowing what all would be open to participate in this summer. So that is a separate fee. All campers are also able to sign up for optional out of town field trips! This year, assuming they are open, we will go to the Perot Museum of Natural Science and Hawaiian Falls! Other options for field trips could be added depending on our situation with Covid19.
So not only will your child be able to enjoy these fun things, but they will also enjoy jumping on our trampolines, playing in our pit, taking on our Ninja courses, playing games, doing arts and crafts and more! All campers are rewarded with merit awards they earn for the skills and education in topics they achieve during the summer.
This year we are running camp for 4-13-year-olds! Our camp takes both part-time and full-time campers! Part-time is either 3 days a week M, W, F or 2 days a week T, Th. Your child will have the time of their life and truly AMAZING experiences!
